Amy's Adventures

Service

 Navy Seaman Amy Fuson is stationed in Norfolk, Virginia and is currently out to sea for six months in the Persian Gulf. Her ship is the USS Normandy.

She just left Split Croatia, which she said had excellent shopping. She was also recently in Trieste, Italy and spent two days in Venice.

When Amy decided last year to join the Navy, she had just returned from a six month trip out of the country with friends on a Brazilian Amethyst Mining Expedition. Knowing Amy's sense of adventure, there was no way she could pass up such an opportunity despite the dangers of traveling to Brazil. Anyone who knows and loves her understood she had to go for it. It was not a glamorous trip, but a learning experience nonetheless.

Amy loves astronomy. I like to think of her floating along on the ocean under an endless sky of starlight.
